Week 4

If at some point, you suddenly interrupt work even for a day or mix products, then you should start from the beginning. Better to do without breaking. For the desired effect, you will need to perform at least simple physical exercises. The diet menu with the distribution of products for the whole day is as follows:
- Boiled lean meat, 3-4 cucumbers with tomatoes, grapefruit, 1 toast, a can of tuna without oil.
- Lean meat (no more than 200 g), 3-4 cucumbers with tomatoes, 1 fruit.
- Cheese / cottage cheese (no more than 200 g), 2 cucumbers with tomatoes, 1 toast, grapefruit, cooked vegetables.
- 1/2 chicken, 3 tomatoes, grapefruit.
- 3 tomatoes, grapefruit, 2 eggs.
- Chicken breast (2 pieces), 120 g fresh cheese / feta cheese, 1 toast, grapefruit, 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber.
- Cheese/cheese stick (no more than 100 g), can of tuna without oil, cooked vegetables, grapefruit, 2 pieces of tomato with cucumber, 1 toast.
Maggi Curd Diet
Curd contains a large amount of calcium and protein, so this product has a beneficial effect on the condition of hair, teeth, bones and skin. The menu of the 4-week curd Maggi diet is no less diverse than egg dishes. The main thing is to follow it strictly and forbid yourself everything sweet and fatty. Week 1

Then, grate the cheese, add it to other foods. Season the salad mix with soy sauce, after mixing with lemon juice. Before serving the salad, be sure to let it cool. Ingredient:
- chicken breast - 1 piece;
- fresh cucumber - 2 medium pieces;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- salted soy sauce - 2 tbsp;
- fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
You can also cook tomatoes with cheese. After washing the tomatoes, cut them into circles and place them on a flat plate. Pepper and salt it. Sprinkle each circle with grated cheese. Bake the prepared tomatoes in the microwave/oven until the cheese melts. The end result is a delicious and nutritious diet.
